Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of veterinaryseoagency.com (the "Site") and any services purchased through it. Veterinary SEO Agency is operated by Remote Sharks ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide website design, local SEO, AI search visibility, and related digital marketing services exclusively for veterinary clinics, pet groomers, pet boarding facilities, pet sitters, dog trainers, and other pet care businesses, delivered under the following monthly plans:

• Local Visibility - $497/mo
• Market Authority - $997/mo
• Regional Dominance - $1,897/mo

Full plan inclusions are listed on the Site's Pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Where a plan includes a website build or refresh, delivery timelines depend on client responsiveness (content, access, and approvals).

2. No Long-Term Contracts

Our plans are billed monthly with no lock-in contract. You may cancel at any time by providing written notice (email is sufficient) before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period already in progress.

3. Payment Terms

• Plans are billed monthly in advance via the payment method provided at signup.
• Failure to pay by the due date may result in pause or suspension of services until payment is received.
• Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to your next billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced for that billing cycle, given the custom nature of SEO and website work. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge.

5. Client Responsibilities

To deliver services effectively, we require timely client cooperation, including:

• Access to your Google Business Profile, website hosting/CMS, and analytics accounts as needed.
• Timely feedback and approvals on deliverables (content, design drafts, page structure).
• Accurate business information (services offered, locations served, pricing, and promotions).

Delays in providing access or feedback may extend delivery timelines without liability on our part.

6. No Guaranteed Results

SEO, Google Maps rankings, and AI search visibility depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, lead volume, or revenue outcomes. Performance data shared (e.g., "#1 Google Maps," increased organic traffic, or lead growth) reflects individual client results and is not a guarantee of similar results for every client.

7. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client owns the final website design and content created specifically for them, excluding any third-party assets, stock content, licensed tools, or proprietary frameworks/templates we use in delivery.
• We retain the right to showcase completed work (including screenshots, rankings, and testimonials) in our own portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve or depend on third-party platforms (Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, hosting providers, WordPress/plugins). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or de-indexing/removal actions taken by these platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, misuse of the Site, or violation of these Terms, with reasonable notice where practical.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved under this jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in the client's home country.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
